Mr. PRITAM KAPUR, Managing Director, with 25 years of experience with Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL), of which 10 years were spent as General Manager of HLL's agri business division, where he was responsible for the commercialisation of biotechnology products such as hybrid seeds, tissue culture plantlets and bio fertilisers for HLL. Mr. S. V. R. RAO, Technical Director, is a post graduate in plant breeding and a management graduate from IIM, Ahmedabad, with 19 years of experience in Coordinating seed operations in Mahyco and in Hindustan Lever Limited. Dr. B. PANDEY, General Manager, head of the Company's tissue culture business, is a doctorate in plant tissue culture and a former NRI who worked in the University of Saskatchewan, Canada on biotechnology projects. Dr. Pandey has also set up laboratories for tissue culture and molecular biology research at the Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, where he developed tissue culture techniques for 9 medicinal plants.
